Vegan Cookie Dough Bites



These vegan cookie dough bites are a guilt-free treat packed with wholesome ingredients and indulgent flavors. They are perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings without any animal products.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions:

Pulse rolled oats in a food processor until they are very small

Vanilla extract, maple syrup, almond flour, and melted coconut oil should all be added

Pulse until everything is well mixed and dough forms

Add the dairy-free chocolate chips to the dough after moving it to a bowl

Make dough into small balls that are easy to eat and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes to set
