Ingredients:
- 300g wild mushroom mix
- 300g pasta linguine or spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta until it is al dente
Remove the water and set it aside
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
Add the minced garlic and cook until it smells good
Put the wild mushroom mix in the pan and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until the mushrooms are soft
Add salt and pepper to the mushrooms to suit your taste
You can add chopped parsley now
Toss the cooked pasta and mushrooms together in the pan after adding them
