Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Almond flour, baking soda, chocolate powder, and salt should all be combined in a mixing bowl
Mix the dry ingredients with the melted coconut oil, sugar-free maple syrup, and vanilla extract
Blend until thoroughly blended
Add sugar-free dark chocolate chips to the dough and fold them in
Take tablespoon-sized portions of dough and put them on the baking sheet that has been preheated
Using a fork or your fingers, slightly flatten each ball of dough
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the biscuits are set and the edges are crisp, in a preheated oven
Take them out of the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet, then move them to a wire rack to finish cooling
